Should not be a problem, but shop carefully. The 5500 was a good card at it's release but this hardware is moving so fast these days, the changes and releases of the newest better thing is ridiculous. If you are talking a PCIE card or an AGP card, those are apples & oranges. One won't fit the other. I suggest you do some comparison shopping.

Also, your Celeron should be okay if it has the speed needed, the graphics card will make the difference. Check the link I provided.

The answer depends the speed f the processor and what operating system you are running. As a rule you need a minimum f XP with a Pentium 3 700MHz upwards recommend is p3 1ghz. Its not a bad video card for gaming but much depends n your ram

PCIE or... nevermind. make a journey by using "Tomshardware." i think of the present determination is that ATI loves Intel Pentiums and Nvidia loves AMD. you're mainboard can assist the two AGP/PCIE photos taking part in cards; your processor does not make the determination. First: PCIE, or PCI show or AGP. 2 diverse length, shape, shade, slots on the board. i could say, for the common overclocker to flow with: NVidia: bigger end. ATI: decrease end. curiously somebody offered them the two. Kinda like possessing each and every of the railroads in Monopoly. have relaxing.

It will, as long as you have all the updates for your video drivers installed, and fresh mobo BIOS update (if flashable). Also, I would invest into something newer than 5200, spend extra $50 and get a card that will last you way longer.

Simple answer. Yes.

But make sure the Video card is the correct BUS. Otherwise it won´t fit.
