Yesterday I went to take my sister-in-law lunch at GreatClips where she works. She finished trimming up this guys hair and him and I were talking about babies and pregnancy... He was telling me how his baby was born in April and she spent 6 weeks in an incubator. As he was leaving he said "I just hope you don't have a 9-12 baby." and walked out the door. I have NO idea what this means! I am 24 weeks pregnant right now and have had a very healthy and mostly happy pregnancy so I am not necessarily worried. I am just wondering what a 9-12 baby is. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

no telling, doesn't seem to a reference used by the general population. Must have been a personal reference. Think back on conversation, what was the weight of his child. Was she early, if so how early. why was she in the incubator?

Thats weird....I never heard anybody say something like that....but the first thing that came to my mind was maybe 9lbs 12oz (but thats a good thing)...or Sept. 12 (9/12). I'm just as confused as you are.

That doesn't make much sense... The only thing I can think of is 9 lbs 12 oz.. And I wouldn't want to have a baby that big either!

The Bible says that life is in the blood. Blood forms almost immediately. Abortion is murder. Lots of things can't survive on their own. My 10 month old couldn't, does that mean she is disposable?.What about the elderly or mentally retarded? Also, God gave us dominion over the animals. They don't have souls. They are here for our use ( even for food and clothing ).
