What if the cd that held my mp3 software is missing, can I use a different software?

My mp3 is a network walkman NW E-105. Please help

The file is very small 1.85 megs so you should be fine even if you are on dial up.

But if you need software (like Sonic) those downloads will take much longer on dialup (that is the 3rd link)
