I tried EVERYTHING, i mean everything and the only thing that worked for me in the end was the dreaded accutane, it really worked though, you need to see a dermatologist though, and he may not think you are bad enouugh to prescribe...but it works. Till then the bare minerals powder stuff is great to cover the dreaded bumps....good luck. Zits suck. Just remember, they don't define you and almost everyone get em, I know that doesn't help when you got a huge one right in the middle of your forehead or something but don't let em ruin your life, hang in and good luck.

First, try clean and clear brand or Neutrogena. Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Clean, tone, moisturize, morning and night. Get benzoyl cream such as Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' acne treatment, for when pimples pop up. If this doesn't work, go to a dermatologist. You may have some serious acne.

Pro active. It is proven to work and it is not harsh on your skin. I know several people who swear by it. Be careful not to harm your skin and create more problems by squeezing or over drying. You can cause bad scaring and oil problems by doing both.
Do not over scrub your face either, it takes away natural oils that are there to help your skin. You just are having a problem with balance. Try using some form of moisturizer to balance.
I would try Proactive for sure.

Don't know how old you are. Diet is important. Try to limit fats. Don't be tempted to pick at your pimples and find a way of cleansing that suits your skin. Remeber stress can affect your skin.

Go to the mall and buy ProActiv Acne Solution. It works great and will reduce the # of out breaks you have as well. They usually sell the product at most malls (like at one of those little booths). Goodluck!
