If it was our first date, and you took me out and bought me an expensive dinner, took me to an event that was very hard to get tickets for, and we went clubbing afterward, and generally blew a sizeable bunch of your money that evening......would you expect me to sleep with you because you spent so much on me? Why or why not?

No. I wouldn't expect. What I would expect, would be a "thank you for the evening" salutation.....and know that you meant it.

Depends on how old you are / if you are devout religious or something, but generally yes. If you do not anticipate wanting to do the mattress mombo I HIGHLY recommend you set expectations before the day of the date or it will be a highly miserable date for you both

i wouldn't expect you to sleep with me. i would never expect a girl to sleep with me on the first date, no matter what i did. you don't sleep with a guy because he spends a lot of money on you, unless, ur a wh0re, or a gold digger. you sleep with someone, that u have feelings with. would have been a bad idea i think.

If that was our first date it would probably be our last. Sounds like you're just out for a great time at someone else's expense. I'm not judging you but that's what it sounds like to me.

LOL, no, but then I wouldn't blow that much dough on a first date, unless I really wanted you and then considered it as an "investment" that would have a future payoff. (gee, that sounds kind of mercenary)
