Stop expecting God to show up as a Man (He's spiritual). His spirt lives in all living things. He is already in front of you. He's everything/everywhere. He's in you and me. I'll tell you what I tell my Grandkids. God is in each and everyone of us and, if you wouldn't talk bad or be bad to God, don't be bad to each other.
"Thank you God for waking me up this morning!" My answer!

Is this some kind of psychology poll? Whatever.
I'd probably not ask him anything, for at least one of the following reasons:
1. How can I be sure he/she/it is the real God that I see? Just because he suddenly appeared before me? I ain't that stupid.
2. I'm sure that God does not need to appear in front of me to do any of his businesses. He certainly has other better ways.
3. I'm also sure that God, if he actually exists, is too busy with repairing after this crappy species called humans, and he won't waste his time showing up and getting a question from me.
4. If I were the chosen one to see him, I'd already know why he showed up to me.
5. And if I were sure that what I see is really God, would I really want to know anything more?
Don't you guys realize that the existence of God is the real question for 99% of the population? And that nobody can give a definitive answer to himself, let alone to others...
On a second thought, I might ask God one thing -- regardless if what I see is real, if what I see is God himself, regardless of anything -- I might ask him one thing : to make sure that all this (meaning everything around) ends up positively. Nothing else would then matter.
