Well it is impossible to lose weight without losing muscle. You just need to lift to keep the strength up during this weight loss. This would be really unhealthy if you did this though. You would need to drink tons of water, exercise a ton and eat very little. I am talking less than a 1000 calories a day. When eating though, you need to eat like 5 meals of about 200 calories. That way your metabolism is constantly running. But honestly this is really not possible and if you do lose that much weight in that little of a time you will be very weak and not an effective wrestler.

to lose 25 lbs in 14 days...
each pound is 3500 Kcalories. So, you would need to burn off 6,250 calories more each and every day than you ate. A starvation diet for someone your size (and probably physical condition) would be about 1800 to 2000 calories per day.
so- you'd need to work off 8,000 calories a day.
Let's see, you could go jogging, and at 150 Kcal per mile, you'd only need to jog about 50 miles each day (to put it in perspective)
So- simple math says No Way.
You can lose some water weight, as long as you have a few hours to drink up and reabsorb between weigh-in and your match. But- that's only 3-4 lbs at best (and hardly a good thing to do)
Sorry dude. Not gonna' happen.

Even if you could lose the weight in the 2 week time frame, it would render you so weak you would get handled on the mat. Most people drop weight in wrestling so that they are larger and stronger than their opponents, which means dropping 10 lbs or less.

Put your plastics on and start running. Wear them everywhere for everything you do. Saunas work if you need to get lbs. off quick (like if you 1 lb. off w/ an hour to go). Eat peanut butter out of the can, or eat tuna without mayo. Peanut butter makes you feel full and the tuna is good protein.
