Does anyone know where to send a Coach purse to be cleaned? I'm not sure that I trust my local dry cleaner. I don't if they would even be able to get the water spots off. It's a yellow leather purse.

You have a life time repair with any authentic Coach purse. You need to find a Coach store, bring your purse there and they will send it in for you. It takes a bit of time, usually 8-10 weeks and they can also fix any wearing you have too.
Good Luck

dude, theres fake everything. fake coach, fake lv, fake true religion jeans, fake affliction shirts, the whole nine. in fact, there is a store in a town north of where i live that sells nothing BUT fake designer purses. if it was illegal, the store wouldnt be allowed to opperate. and as far as copyright stuff goes, they are not copying the patterns exactly, thats how they get away with it so no, they are not doing anything illegal. might not be the best idea they ever had, but it isnt illegal

My Wife have discovered this amazing online store and then ordered one there. Not quite awesome upon the delivery speed but did save about 78% and perfect for this. The quality is truly fine and right until now never spot any issues.

Find a local shoe repair store. They usually pay more attention to detail, and will know the best way to care for the leather.

the best thing to do is take it to the coach boutique. they know exactly how to take care of it and can re-condition it for you. if you take it to a third-party and they somehow ruin it, there is nothing coach can do to help you.

Take it back to the store or contact the manufacturer
