the page needs a focal point. right now you are first drawn to the "core technologies" box, but that doesn't say much. You should have a mission statement, or something you want to immedately convey highlighted with a color or border that stands out and draws attention, then the user can scan the rest of the page.

looks pretty cool.
Core Technologies Expertise section could you some polishing, all the info is really cramped in there.
Add some colors to the whole thing, maybe? it's a little plain. The only thing that makes it attractive are the icons.

also, dont use xml formatting rules unless you set your doctype declaration to XHTML 1.0 Transitional/Strict. this means no self closing tags.
