i own a repair shop, and might can help, first off check the coolant and make sure its full and then look at the temperature hand and if its where it is supposed to be then its getting hot enough to have heat, now check and see if the controls inside are working right, you know from vent to defrost, and all of that, and if they are it, may have some blockage in it somewhere causing the coolant not to flow to the heater core in it,its usually something simple on the heater ,but these are some of the things that the mechanic might bring up also,i think they will do you right on fixing it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.,,and have a good thanksgiving.

FIRST THING YOU SAID IS FANS ARE WORKING, THERE ARE 2 FANS ON THE RADIATOR AND 1 INSIDE CAR FOR HEATER. WHAT DOES YOUR TEMP READ ON THE GAUGE ON THE DASH?SHOULD BE CLOSE TO THE MIDDLE WHEN ENGINE IS FULLY WARMED UP AND THE RADIATOR FANS SHOULD CYCLE ON AND OFF EVERY FEW MINUTES OR SO.IF RADIATOR FANS ARE RUNNING ALL THE TIME IT MIGHT BE KEEPING COOLANT TOO COLD SO NO HEAT COMES FROM HEATER.CHECK COOLANT IN RADIATOR (DO NOT OPEN WHEN ENGINE IS HOT)AND IN THE RESIVOIR. IF IT IS LOW IT WILL NEED TO BE TOPPED OFF BUT HONDAS HAVE A AIR BLEED SCREW NEAR THERMOSTAT HOUSING THAT SHOULD BE OPENED PRIOR TO FILLING RADIATOR.IF AIR IS TRAPPED IN THE COOLING SYSTEM IT WILL CAUSE LOW HEAT ALSO.

Make sure you have enough anti freeze in the system....Not just water.
Or Get a cooling sytem flush. It may help.
Your heat vent trap door may not be opening. You should hear it open and close when you move the heat control switch. If you don't you may have a disconnected linkage,or a vacuum leak and the door's not opening.

how old is your car?
I had an older model car a couple of years ago that had this problem and it was the heating element. It was a bad winter and I couldn't defrost the windows!
Take your car to a mechanic that you trust (if you don't know anyone ask someone you trust who they use) and just let them peak under the hood and check all of your hoses, fluids and so forth. They will be able to tell you for certain what it is and how much it might be to fix.

It could be coolent/anti-freeze or your thermostat could have gone bad. Thermostat's aren't that expensive so that is where I would start after you make sure it's full of anti-freeze.
