I for one think that telling askers here on the forum anything regarding going to a pych ward is beginner to be over rated; not to mention rude.
What is this question doing here? lol. Hide in an adult Burmese pythons enclosure. =)

If you suspect your fear is irrational, hide under your bed. It's the easiest place to find you, but it's very comfortating and easy to fit under.
If you suspect your fear is rational, find a car and start driving to another state...another country...and use a different name. Don't make phone calls to anyone you knew before. Don't use a credit card to buy gas. Start fresh, grow a beard or shave one off. Dye your hair a believable color.

In the cupboard under the stairs, thats always a good place to hide, that or under your duvet with someone special, or just someone hehehe
