don't take advice from youngpimp because she just said that she was pregnant for four months and on another question she said she had an abortion. She is not a good role model to follow.
It is possible to get pregnant while on the pill, but it all depends if you were ovulating or not. The best thing to do is to take a preg. test, you can take as early as five days before your period. I don't think taking two after you have sex will doing any good.

not really no. The pill is MOST effective if taken properly (ie. everyday around the same time) missing pills can cause ovulation, if you actually read the directions on your BC pills they say if you miss more than three pills in one month, to throw away that pack and start a new one, AND use another method of birth control since ovulation may occurr.

What the pill is basically is horomones that you take everyday to mimic the horomone levels of being pregnant. Therefore you don't ovulate. If you miss a pill, the horomone level drops, and it is possible for an egg to be released. usually one pill a month isn't a big deal, but if you're missing one a month you could run into some troubles.

If your period is late however, it doesn't necessarily mean that your pregnant either, if you missed a couple of pills and did as the instructions said for your birth control, and started a new pack, that can cause you to miss your period as well. I recommend takinging a pregnancy test, and if it's negative maybe talking to your doctor about an alternative method of birth control that's easier to remember, such as depo provera, the ring, or the patch.

Good luck

It's possible. The pill is only 99% effective if taken properly meaning you take it at the same time every single day. Taking it at different times, missing pills and doubling up, etc. all make the effective rate go down.

Chances are you probably are not preggers.

The pill keeps your body jacked with hormones so an egg can't implant.

I've heard stories of some getting preggers after missing 1 pill - but that is far & few between.

Especially if you took 2 after - you're fine.

With missing pills you could possibly become preganant. I would suggest if you know you've missed one to use a back-up method like a condom for a few days just to be on the safe side. And maybe try setting an alarm for youself to take your pill every day?

You can be pregnant. Missing the pill even one day can cause your body to ovulate. If you are concerned then you need to go to the doctor, a clinic, or get a pregnancy test at your local drug store. There is a reason why they tell you to take the pill EVERYDAY!!

Wrong and wrong. Anytime you miss a pill you are supposed to use another form of protection for the ENTIRE month. You may very well be pregnant...hope your ready.
