An IT-geek colleague is having a baby. We are designing him a card using the OSI Model letters APSTNDP - We have a cool word (or phrase) for all but the "T" (examples, Afterbirth, Poop, Sleepless nights, No sex, etc. etc.) ... Can anyone think of a great word or phrase related to infants/newborns/pregnancy/birth that will be funny and cool for the card? Thanks in Advance!!!

I second Tummy Time. It fits your desire for early babyhood, because the only stage in which it is really important for a baby to spend time on his or her tummy is before they can sit upright. Helps build neck muscles.
