Has anyone tried Neutrogena MoistureShine Lip Soother? If so did you like it or not?

Yes I do recommend this inexpensive lip gloss. Its really good.

no i havent but i really want one but cant find any i want this orangs looking one but i do like victoria secrets lip gloss line there pnly 7.00 or you can get to for 10.00
