Seems about as clear as mud to me and that they ought to consider the "playoff" system.

It's way past time to get rid of the BCS and put a 16-team playoff in.

the bcs sucks they need a playoff system in place unfortunately that won't happen as there is alot of money to make by having these different bowl games as these games are all sponsored by some major corporation
