I have Norton Sec.program with my netzero isp and use yahoo a lot.I have a lot of problems w/norton,will switching to firefox wipe-out this norton program with it's own?Can I keep my yahoo "E"mail address after I switch? I have "Dial-up/w? "Hi-speed(?)on netzero.Thanks amandaKer for the tip.

Norton is not the same thing as FireFox by any means. Norton is a security suite that helps keep your computer secure by adding virus protection, a firewall, etc. You can use FireFox (and I suggest you do, it works much better than Internet Explorer). I also suggest not using Norton...it is bloated and takes up tons of resources and is slow anyway. You can definitely keep your email address. If you get your email through Outlook Express, you might also want to get Thunderbird, it is the Outlook Express replacement that Mozilla makes.
