Aluminim Hydroxide has a Ksp on the order of 10^-33, meaning it is insoluable. However, at high pH, you can for the soluable Al(OH)4 [+] complex ion.

The Nitrate will be soluable.
Acetates are usually soluable.
I'm not sure about the chlorate, but I think it is soluable.
