Most definitely! I am ALWAYS trying to slow down but it doesn't seem to take! If I see an open 5 minutes I think about what I can possibly put in that open spot.
I think as a society we do way too much. With all of the lap tops, cell phones, PDA's and such that are meant to make life easier, it just makes us more accountable and we're expected to do THAT much more!'
There used to be a time that if someone was "out of the office until Monday" they were OUT. People were forced to leave a message, or call back on Monday. Not anymore...........you see, we are expected to be available to people 24/7. I want to go back to the old way!

Yes, and its no wonder I am so tired! Working at least two jobs, going to school, and being sick on top of all that. I need a vacation!

yes when I work around my house so much too much to do, then I get overwhelmed and give up.
