You don't need to report him to Yahoo. Report him to your local police.

Ask your sister to either get his email address, street address, or full name; the police can track him to his (or his parents') internet service and/or his street address. Once the police show up on his doorstep to "ask him a few questions about attempted pedophilia", I'm sure that either his parents will take the matter up themselves if he lives at home, or they will simply arrest him and his folks can bail him out.

Regardless of whether or not he's actually charged, his dirty little secret will be out and he'll have more than his parents or yours do deal with.

This is how to solve this problem once and for all. The next time there in a IM or PM make sure she states her age, do it any way possible and if he is talking perverted then you have him. You and save every thing that is said that is on the screen, print it out on paper then save to archives and contact yahoo and the authorities, that's if he says any thing about having any kind of sex with her. If he is 19 and she is 12 then he has serious issues and needs some sort of help because that is sick and twisted. And save all his e-mails and print them too. Stop it while you can because you simple not know how far this pervert will go. Good luck!

Don't know your age. But if you are a minor, I suggest you talk to your parents about this. This guy sounds predatory in a major way to me and he is pursuing a CHILD! Your parents need to know. Otherwise, contact Yahoo. Seriously...I cannot understand giving minors unlimited access to something as potentially dangerous as the internet.

You can report him to someone on Yahoo! if it's an online issue. You can also file a police report for harrassment.

Dude....get the Feds involved. There's this whole market of petiphiles that they're trying to bust.
Also, tell your parents and have them put controls on your sister's email ability. Maybe she just can't talk on email anymore for a while.

You can call the cops on him. That is border line molestation and they will take care of it for you. Just give them the guys name and address and it will be taken care of. He will get a nice cell with Bubba lol

There are some problems that can only be solved with force.
You need a big dude to punch him.
