they forgive you but constantly brings up the situation that you are supposed to be forgiven for, do you feel forgiven?

If they constantly bring it up then they HAVEN'T really forgiven you.
If they had forgiven you, then it meant that they understood that you regret what happened and in knowing that you regretted it, they wouldn't want to hurt you over and over by bringing it back up.
Unless of course they are just mean hearted, in that case you should disassociate yourself from that person because obviously they are way to selfish to ever forgive anyone.

No. Definitely not! If it is truly forgiven, then it is in the past, and that is where it belongs.

I HATE when people do that.

I once dated this guy - he was like a human tape recorder. He would recite back to me all the things I had said word-for-word and throw them in my face. Most annoying.

some people just can't LET GO.
