Tylenol, but it is best for the baby to take nothing. Tylenol is the only thing approved by doctors if you really need to take something.

Tylenol!! But some natural things you could try is putting a warm rag over your eyes, taking a hot shower (just let the water beat on your head), or lay in a dark room. I've suffered from migraines my whole life and these have always helped me.

YOU CANNOT TAKE A FULL DOSE!!

never take more than 650 ml of tylenol. Usually one extra strength tylenol is suffcient, since its 500ml.

never take anything other than PLAIN tylenol when pregnant, and avoid taking that as often as you can.

If you can drink some water and take a nap instead, try that first.

Regular Tylenol only. That's the only OTC medication you should ever take for any reason without your doctor's OK.

Try drinking more water, that helps too.

You can also drink water. Most headaches are caused by dehydration. I found that drinking an extra glass of water made me feel much better.

personally, i'm not taking any meds, i'll just deal with the pain

You can take asprin for the headache but it has to have acetaminophen in it.
