Try http://babelfish.altavista.com/ and enter www.myspace.com into the Translate a Web page box. Your school will see that you are visiting the first address and would not block you. The drawback is that you will have to see the contents in some translated language :P

You cannot. If they have MySpace blocked, they're going to have any backdoor avenues of accessing it blocked as well.
