When you go on a interview and take their computer tests, how do you practice for that and be prepared? what kind of programs?

I am assuming that you are talking about office software tests in preparation for office assistance work. If you don't know these programs, go to the place of testing first and find out what type of software they test. Then go to either your public library or a bookstore and find books on these areas. Study. The questions are usually general and about how to use toolbar functions.

You don't.
Most of the programs are designed to test your skills and are not there to trip you up.
Just relax, it may be beneficial to increase your typing speed but not always.
