It's showing it's age, is riddled with problems, but I need to get ahead in life. My landlord wants to sell it to me for $6,500, I am doubtfull it is worth that much, how can I find out for sure?

Check out ebay item 230051319083, less than $3K, 12x60.
Closed ebay item 130045120343, sold for $1.5K, 14x65.
Offer half.

Have it assesessed. I have a 76 Shelby 14x60 also, And it was assessed at about $8500. .. but now it's not worth more than $4000. Check it out, and good luck. (if it's got a tip-out it's worth more, btw)

its worth about 25oo dollars, if he can sell it for 6500, by god jump on it.
