i bet everyone likes some part of their job, but dislikes another part, especially if the job changed after they took it.
it's only when the dislike outweighs the liking bit that folk make extra efforts to change to another job, and then the cycle starts again.

I absolutely love my job! I am a hairstylist in Las Vegas and have been so for the past 16 years. I am also a media artist for a major manufacturer. In the salon I get to make my own schedule, socialize and make people feel great all day long! It's very hard work but EXTREMELY lucrative. In my consultant position I get to travel all over the world, giving classes, doing hair shows, designing, demonstrating and testing product. I have met some wonderful people and seen every corner of this country and more! Plus............I make a HEFTY day rate plus all expenses paid at the top resorts around!
It couldn't be better! Well.......it could if I could just collect the money and stay home!

I do like my job... but ti does have it's moments... Money could be a bit better but I'm on my way to a promotion at the moment so it's looking good... We only work for the money though let's face it..
We may as well try hard to get a job we enjoy because we spend a huge part of the day there... Can't be on with people who work all the time though.. you have to have some fun in life... my motto is 'We work to live, not live to work'
xx

Yes, I like my job. I've worked at the same place for 22 years, so I would be nuts by now if I didn't like it. Luckily the job has grown and changed constantly, so it is never boring. But, I still look forward to my time and interests away from work. A job, like anything else, is what you make of it.

I'm retired now and I absolutely love this job!! However, I also loved almost all my different jobs during my career. I changed jobs often, every couple of years really, (always within the same field) and so I was never bored.
Life is far too short and precious to stay in a job if you hate it. There are plenty of options.

I love what I do. I've been in commission sales for many years. HOwever working for a corporation is wearing after time. Do you not like what you do? Look for another job, but don't quit the current one until you have the new one FOR SURE.

Well I guess I must really like my job as I've been here 21 years. I work in a small factory but read some of my perks, I can wash my truck whenever I want, I can take as many days off whenever I want, I can sit and play comp. games all day, (shh don't tell anyone but I've even had s ex in my office) so yes I have a cool job.
ps: Some days I even do some real work.

I love my job, but IT dudes tend to do it because they like working with computers, so it's kind of like being paid to enjoy a hobby. I also like working with people and helping people out, so I combine all three by doing IT support!
