it depends on where they are.
if they are working with the public, it is not a good idea.
if you are in an office and no clients will be there
forming first impressions then it might be ok.
put out clear rules for the day ahead of time.
because if it violates the dress code you will have a problem.
because you will have to take disciplinary action
unless you have planned in advance.
there is no harm in letting them do it as long as it has
no bad impact on the business or customers.

depends where you work, if you work someplace where customers/clients don't see the employees go for it, if not id say no way. People are not going to have any idea what is going on and it will give yourcompany a bad image.

WHY NOT, IT WOULD BE TOTALLY FUN. YOU DO IT TOO! IT WOULD BE NICE FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO SEE THEIR BOSS NOT SO FORMAL ONCE A YEAR.
