What about the universe? The universe is around 13 to 15 billion years old. It is finite, but keeps expanding. There is no edge in the universe. The universe was created in the Big Bang. All the matter in the universe today was created within a few minutes after the Big Bang.

It's big
The term universe has a variety of meanings, based on the context in which it is used. In strictly physical terms, the total universe is the sum of all matter that exists and the space in which all events occur or could occur. The part of the universe that can be seen or otherwise observed to have occurred is called the known universe, observable universe, or visible universe. Because cosmic inflation removes vast parts of the total universe from our observable horizon, most cosmologists accept that it is impossible to observe the whole continuum and may use the expression our universe, referring to only that which is knowable by human beings in particular. In cosmological terms, the universe is thought to be a finite or infinite space-time continuum in which all matter and energy exist. Some scientists hypothesize that the universe may be part of a system of many other universes, known as the multiverse.

It has many heavenly bodies. In UNIVERSE, stars are present in groups called galaxies. There are about 100billion galaxies in the universe.Distances in the universe are measured in light year. Some stars form constellations like orion, ursa major, scorpius, ursa minor, etc. The solar system, natural sattelites, asteroids, comets, meteors and meteorites, artificial sattelites are there in universe. The origin of the universe is that galaxies are moving from each other and so it is increasing in size. this is known as theBIG BANG THEORY.

Yep, I have been.
And I tell you, 73% of the inhabitants of the universe think that cutting and pasting articles from Wikipedia into Yahoo! Answers says a lot about both the asker and the answerer. None of it is complimentary.
