I am off to a party don't want to look to posh nor too scruffy and I don't want to wear jeans cos they get too hot for dancin......any ideas please

Well I am out tomorrow and I am wearing a black denim mini, funky tshirt, footless tights and some heels!! looks cool- dont know where u r from though as fashion is so different all over the world- I am UK

How about three quarter lenght trousers either with boots or sandles and a pretty top or shorts with tights is a good look at the moment,with knee high boots and a plainish top!!But really just wear what you feel comfortable in.People wear all sorts to parties so whatever you wear im sure you will lovely.

Denim shorts are good for dancing, you can always pair those with a tube short (not beyond the length of the shorts) dress or a baby doll top or other things.

How about a nice denim skirt and a sparkly dressy top. That always goes well together. Enjoy the party! x

Maybe some linen pants, or a long flowing skirt, and a shirt that compliments your bottom ensemble.
