"batty" is jamaican slang for bottom, a.s.s., rear end, behind, whatever you want to call it.

It is sexual slur used in Jamaica, Belize and the rest of the Anglophone Caribbean to describe gay men. The term is a Jamaican abbreviation of the word bottom into batty; "batty boy" is a cognate of the American English "butt boy". Usage is commonplace in some Caribbean cultures where homosexuality is condemned, partially as a result of Christianity as well as Rastafarian beliefs.
