Ones that stay on for the longest tend to be more "tacky". Some people find this uncomfortable and annoying. It's personal choice.
If you are fine with this can I suggest any of the MAC glosses for you. They have a HUGE range and they stay put for longer than any other gloss I know.
The best thing for you to do is to go to your Local department store and try out a few of the glosses there.
Makeup is down to personal preference - its a make up artists job to find you the best product for your needs.
Go in, don't be shy - and ask what they recomend.

No lip gloss will stay on longer than that because it is liquid and liquid will come off. One of the slightly longer lasting ones is the Mac Lipglass as it's stickier but even that comes off after a while. Perhaps the best thing to do is buy a long lasting colour in a light shade and just use the gloss every so often to keep it shiny. Mac also do a nice long lasting one which comes with the gloss in a separate container which clips onto the bottom of the lipstick so you just have to take the gloss out with you.

Ive had the same problem but then I found an inexpensive lipgloss by Neutrogena. Its called MoistureShine Lip Soother. They have all different kinds of shades. It keeps your lips shining and it gives you lips a cooling sensation when you put it on. You can purchase it at any drug store, supermarket, or department store in the cosmetic section. I actually got mines from Target. I paid like $5 or $6 bucks for it like 2 months ago and I still have it.

I have found almost all glosses do not stay on long. However, I have found that Mary Kay's Constant Color Lip Creme does very well. it goes on like a gloss, feels more like a gloss, but stays put a LOT longer. I have had outstanding results with all my customers that have tried it and most lip gloss-addicts have switched over. If you aren't sure, you can try it with any consultant before you buy it. Also, Mary Kay guarantees all products and will allow a refund or exchange (depends on consultant) if you don't like it. Trust me though, you will LOVE it.

Well i have found a few good companies, that sell great stay-on lip gloss products...
... all tried and tested by me, i can certainly recommend for you to give them ago.
I always used to buy cheap brands like avon and rimmel years ago, and found they would rub off within the hour. So, i would recommend anyday to splash out and buy a more professional branded line of make-up.

What i hit upon works maximum suitable for pencil, pastel, chalk or perhaps charcoal is conceivable Fixatif via Krylon. i think I paid under $5.00 for it at Michaels, our close by interest keep and its lasted an prolonged time. placed it on very sparingly and it will shield your artwork o.k.. be careful to apply it in a nicely ventilated place nonetheless because of the undeniable fact that's amazingly flammable. desire this helps.

I suggest NYC. I wore this to a dance and it stayed on the entire 4 hours and beyond!
It dries fast and looks great!
