If your heart is set on an actual iPod, I recommend the iPod Shuffle. It just updated its design and it is very sleek and portable. It holds about 200 songs at a time, which I think is plenty, and it just randomly shuffles iinstead of having to build pplaylists. However, I personally recommend that you just go with an MP3 player that is not an iPod. I have a Creative Zen Nano and I love it! It has about the same capabilities and memory as an iPod shuffle, but it only cost me $50 and it is SO easy to set up and add music too! For an added bonus, it's compatible with my Windows Media Player, which is good because I already had all my music files uploaded onto it. I would have had to convert them all to iTunes if I had gone with an iPod, because the format is different. Good luck!

well put it this way.. you can fit ABOUT 20 songs on 64 megabytes. so just do the math..
Songs: ][ Memory
20 64mb
40 128mb
80 256mb
160 512mb
320 1GB
640 2GB
and so on and so forth..

64 megs could hold anywhere from 10 - 30 songs depending on the length and quality.

as for the price range... i don't know them.
