why would such a response be of significant value in this particular reflex?
I have searched all over my book for this and cannot find answer. Thanks to all for the help

Contralateral. As you shine the light in one eye, the opposite eye constricts. This lets you assess the proper functioning of cranial nerve III, the optic tract, and the central nervous system.

I understand where you come from.. But promiscuous condition is west is not necessarily going to continue forever. So, based on the condition I say, Allah may forgive those who commit this sin if they do it with the feeling of guilt. Yet, religious ruling cannot be changed based this condition. That would make it a substitute to marriage which cannot be accepted by Islam. This is real valid question and appreciate your honestly.

i asked alim that is sex with slave permissible without marriage because of the verse... well he said that no! the 'right hand possesses' means that we can marry the slaves but without nikah sex with them is zina. and masturbation is haram and you can control it. we can easily fast or lower our gaze (not look down on the ground but switch our gaze to other place when gazed accidently on opposite gender). if we busy ourselves then it is easy to quit. if a person doesnt take the means to save himself/herself from the harms of adultery or masturbation then chances are he will fall into them. For example, a shepherd grazing his sheep near to a private property where trespassing is not allowed, chances are that his sheep will go into that area easily because of grazing etc.. so stay away from the prohibited areas of the property. if a person literally cannot control himself and is attracted to sex and women or men so much then he should seek therapy and NOT masturbate. if a person thinks he is unable and deems himself like tthat then he is wrong and he needs to change this attitude and if he says i cannot then he is still deeming himself - 1) of not being able to surpress his desire...........2) of not being able to change his belief that he can actually supress them.
