its a large oval shape its white on one side it has a M with a square around it on the other side it has the numbers 1721 i think thats it

i used a drug database, it is likely a generic Darvocet tablet (prescription only). have you had it prescribed recently? it is a mild-moderate pain killer, containing propoxyphene and tylenol.
it causes drowsiness. it gave a picture of a while oblong tablet with 1721 on 1 side, and a boxed M on the other side, made by mallincrodt Inc. if you or someone in your house had darvocet prescribed i bet that is what it is. if you haven't had it prescribed i would just throw it away, always better safe than sorry.

i have been searching for this for quite a while now and i have found one site that gave me an answer......it says it is Acetaminophen...which is like tylenol......i used the number 1721 and the letter m in a different search.......it is just an aspirin!!!!!
