just remind them that your all on the same team and that you take your orders from whoever your boss really is or when they give you orders say, sorry but can't, i have to have this done because whoever asked me for it. sooner or later they will get the picture.

Just because they've been there longer. This happens to me all the time. I usually just skulk off and say things under my breath that they can't hear, but it makes me feel better.

Why? because they get away with it. If someone does that to me I just laugh at them.

cause they think there better then you, and know more, and I just walk away and ignore them, that really gets there attention when your not listening!
