Yes. Take off your clothes and get into bed between two naked people who press themselves against you... No, wait -- that's hypothermia.
Um... Nevermind!

This state happens when you use your thyroid too much. This happens due to excessive tension. You must be having a tendency to take a lot of tension. Work on it.
Recommended medicines may be good for the time being, but if this attitude is not handled, the problem may reoccur, and this time with a bang!
So, work on your mind and also remember, our body has an auto repair system. It gives signals by way of desires to have some types of food. Read these signals and follow them.
This is the only natural treatment possible for your problem.

Hyperthyroidism disorder occurs when the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormone, resulting in an overactive metabolic state. Following are a list of nutrients/supplements that are important for someone with this condition.
Very Important:
1. Multivitamin and mineral complex - take as directed on label - Increased amounts of vitamins and minerals are needed for this "hyper" metabolic condition. Use a super-high-potency formula.
2. Vitamin B complex - 50mg 3 times daily with meals - Needed for thyroid function.
3. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 50mg twice daily - Needed for blood formation and energy levels.
4. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 50mg twice daily - Required for normal functioning of all cells, glands, and organs in the body.
5. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 50mg twice dialy - Activates many enzymes and is needed for immune function and antibody production.
Also helpful to take:
1. Brewers yeast - 103 tbsp. daily and up - Rich in many basic nutrient, expecially the B vitamins.
2. Essential fatty acids - as directed on label- Needed fro correct glandular function.
3. Lecithin - 1,200mg 3 times daily before meals - Aids in digestion of fats and protects the lining of all cells and organs.
4. Vitamin C - 3,000-5,000mg daily - Especially important in this stressful condition.
5. Vitamin E - 400 IU daily. Do not exceed this amount. An antioxidant and necessary nutrient. However, excessive amounts may stimulate the thyroid gland.
Recommendations:
Eat plenty of the following foods: broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, mustard greens, peaches, pears, rutabagas, soybeans, spinach, and turnips. These help to supress thyroid homone production.
Avoid daily products for at least 3 months. Also, avoid stimulants, coffee, tea, nicotine, and soft drinks.
Be wary of treatment with radioactive sodium iodine, which is often recommended for this condition. Severe side effects have been known to accompany use of this. Also, do not rush into surgery. Try improving your diet first!
The pituitary gland, parathyroid glands, and sex glands all work together and are influenced by thyroid function. If there is a problem in one place, they all may be affected.
Hope this information helps you. The alternative choice is always the first way to go and give it a chance to work, at leat 1-2 months. Good Luck!

Your spelling is wrong. It's thyrotoxicosis (Toxic Diffuse Goiter or Grave's Disease). I can't recommend any "natural" treatment for this condition. You need to suppress the production of excess hormone in the thyroid gland. You may, ultimately, need radioiodine therapy, maybe a thyroidectomy (as a last resort).

This condition has the capacity to be fatal if it becomes a thyroid storm. All the vitamins minerals or what ever you take will not change this condition one iota. The only way is to destroy the thyroid gland, and use synthetic hormone replacement.
