It depends what country you are a citizen of .. you can apply for dual citizenship (india + your current country). Visit the Indian Consulate online and see if your country of origin is on there.
Also, there's a long wait and they give preference to people of Indian decent.

The natationality of india is too hard.
You can just get it by marrying some woman there.

very easy .come to India. get to know some MLA through any of his chamchas. Find out how much it would cost to get a ration card in your name. pay the amount. get the ration card after that you can get any document

marry somebody{if u did not get married yet} in India but if u like some else country than India what'll u do............................................................ anyway please take your wife there and don't get married to a girl in that country.
I do not know y but i feel silly when i see the word "lol".. but even i do not know the meaniong ofb the word or used it.

you have to live in the country for a certain amount of time, by knowing people(bribery or blackmail) or join their army.
