go onto Yahoo UK & Ireland Home page. Click on Tools then Internet Options. This will allow you to change your Home Page. This one contains news and links to news items

Find the news page you prefer, open it then click on tools then internet options, right at the top is the address of your home page - change it to the one you've decided on.

Try and find a website that shows you those things. The BBC website should have something on it saying make this your homepage. Google can also be personalised and set as your home page, or just the yahoo.co.uk site - I have that as my homepage. Hope it helps

set your home page as http://uk.yahoo.com

go to this site

and then (in Internet explorer or firefox, both are the same) simply click 'tools', then 'internet options' then, on the area where it says 'home page' click on 'use current' then 'ok'

this will set the page you are currently on as your home page

right click your internet explorer click internet properties. in the general tab, it'll say home page, in the box put in what ever website you want
