Fundamental oscillation should have wavelength equal to twice the length of chord = 3 m

Velocity of wave on string = sqrt (T/m(kg/m)
=sqrt (12/0.0012)
=sqrt (10000) = 100 m/s

Frequency = velocity / wavelength = 100 / 3
= 33.3 Hz
