well I had my boss yell and scream at me cause they were fustrated, I handed over my badge and said I quit, no one needs a job where someone can get away with this, that is a form of abuse and well lets just say I am in the middle of a law suit right now, and charging my boss for yelling and screaming at me for no propable cause!

I don't think I would curse them out because that would make me as bad as they are; but I agree it would not do to take abuse. You don't have to. In fact, it has happened to me before; and I just calmly told them that there is such a thing as employment law, which usually calms them down.

Well frankly I need my job in order to survive so no i'm not going to allow some moron to interfere with my livelyhood. But I will go to that person and let them know that I am not there child and please do not yell and scream at me ever again. If I've done something wrong please by all means let me know but do it in a professional manner. Then if it happens again I will put in my 2weeks notice

Hide in the bathroom and cry for a bit, then avoid the boss for a couple days.
Dragon has actually done this. Yelling back does not work out for her, it only causes more yelling.

My ex-boss and I used to cuss each other out all the time. He was such an @ss and I didn't mind telling him so. No body likes that jerk. He can't keep any good employees for being so mean.

I can't even imagine my boss doing that. But there are times when I tell myself that if the assistant manager tells me ONE MORE TIME that I'm doing something wrong, I'm going to drop whatever is in my hands, on the floor, and simply walk out.

If i had children to take care of i would think about them first and not do anything about it. I would pray to the good lord and ask him to help your boss. Sounds like he needs a lot of prayer. Good luck :)

File a complaint though HR. And tell your boss that his behavior is inapropriate.
