my president and clinets always go for lunch to some restaurant? if i have to go,, which restaurants should i prefer,,?
and do we share the bill of i pay total?
what is the best menu to have in such a case?

You have to go with the flow if invited. Now, if the boss asks if you have a suggestion, you could say you like Mexican or Chinese or whatever.
As far as the bill, I bet the boss is picking up the tab and writing it off as company expense. As for the menu, just don't pick anything sloppy like spaghetti or tacos that could spill on you.
