has anyone been close with someone who has won the lottery?

did the person change?
was their experience negative in ways they didn't expect? if so, how?

A friend of my won a few $M recently!We are happy for him as he has become more generous and charitable.The -ve side is that he is dreaming of hitting the jackpot again!

usually i would guess that the person would change
the only person i know was this man ( a family friend ) middle aged.
he won $400,000 (australian dollars)
and he bought a house and went over seas and that sorta thing..
and i dont think he's changed
he was always a friendly warm person and still is.
