Is it possible to ship a computer from Dell to a person in Russia?

Dell will not ship to another address besides the one you have provided with your credit card. If the billing address and shipping address do not match, they will cancel your order. I assume the same is true if you attempted to do that internationally.

Of course, you could always have the computer shipped to yourself and then ship it to Russia but then you are paying for shipping twice (unless they have a free shipping offer) then you still pay for shipping it to Russia.
