If I live out of state is there still a 3 day waiting period for a marriage license? What is the cost for the Justice of the Peace to perform the ceremony?

Non Florida residents do not have to abide by the 3 day waiting requirement, it is waived for non residents. Cost depends on the county the ceremony is preformed in.

We flew from NJ to Las Vegas to get married. We didn't want to wait. You get your marriage license the same day you get married if you want. There's no waiting period in Vegas.
