The answer is yes but not because both are in the EU but because both countries signed the Schengen agreement. For example Norway is not in the EU but is a part of the Schengen agreement, so you can also go there without anyother visa.
Meanwhile Poland is in EU but most probably you will need a separete visa for Poland (or Latvia or Hungary etc...)
Another thing which is important is to know how many entries your Schengen visa allow. If it is 1 or a limited number then you need to watch out. That means you can enter the Schengen Zone as much as indicated on your visa.
So let's say you have a visa with 1 entry and you already made a trip to Germany and returned to your home country. Then you CANNOT go back to Greece or Germany even if your visa did NOT expire. If it is multiple entry then it is OK.
You also need to make sure you don't exceed the maximum duration of stay on your visa. Generally you can stay up to 3 months in every 6 months if not otherwise mentioned in your visa.
I would check my visa very good and try to understand what it exactly allows me.

Yes, you can go from Greece to Germany because you already have a visa for Greece. Greece belongs to the EU community and is within the Schengen community, that means once you get a visa for a country in the Schengen countries you can travel within these countries with your single visa. You should be careful about the validity of the visa and possible restrictions.

Normally, yes, provided both countries are in the E.U., however, if you want to be on the safe side, contact the German Embassy or Consulate closest to you.
Pay attention to the duration of validity of this visa.
