Phil Jackson has 10 rings (not 11, the Knicks only have two championships in their history and Phil missed one).
Jackson won his first ring as a player for the NY Knicks, ironically over the Lakers in 1973 (Phil missed the Knicks 1970 championship season due to spinal fusion surgery), and nine as a coach. Six with MJ and the Bulls and three with Shaq, Kobe and the Lakers.

Phil Jackson has a total of 11 championships as a player and a coach. Phil won his first title as a member of the New York Knicks.
A couple of years later, he suffered a back injury during the Knicks second title run, this injury caused him to miss the rest of the season, but Jackson was still part of the team as an injured reserve and assistant coach.
Phil Jackson also became the first coach since the Boston Celtics Dynasty of 8 straight championships to win three straight with the Chicago Bulls from 1991-1993.
Jackson's luck didn't end there as he also accomplished the feat 2 years later (Bulls; 1996-1998) and again during his first run as coach of the Los Angeles Lakers (2000-2002).
Hope this helps.
