You're going to have to supply us with a lot more information - is it plugged in? Is your computer on? Do you have the right cable? Has the monitor worked before with other PC's? Have other monitors worked with that PC?

Did it ever work?
If so, what were the symptoms just before it 'quit' if any?
Are you sure it is plugged in and turned on?
Is the cable connected to the back of the tower?
Is the LED on the monitor lit? if so:
Is the LED on the front of the monitor yellow or green?
If you have one, did you try another monitor?

more info. for an answer pls.

That's a bummer...did you plug it in?
It could be possible that if your PC has an older Graphics card it may not work with the LCD monitor.

perhaps check your resolution and/or the monitor frequency. 1 way to test this is to see if you get anything on your screen when you initially boot the PC. if you do see something, you can bet its a windows settign that is wrong. when rebooting, press teh f5 and f8 keys to get into the boot menu (I can never remember which one it is, so I press both until I get it.) You can usually get a VGA option to bot into, and tehn change the resolution/ monitor refresh rate from there.

maximum lcd video show contraptions run at a plenty greater determination than what's needed for a CRT video show so which you will desire to set the determination to 1280 x 960 only before connecting the lcd video show.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
