One of my friends eyes has that, it looks kinda hazy and deep like there's a glaze over it. I'm not sure how to completely explain it but it always makes me want to stare at them :)

Glazed over could also be on drugs. Just not focusing on anything.

"His eyes glazed over" means that he became still and distant
and his eyes looked as if they were focused on nothing.
After listening to a long speech when you are tired and not focusing any longer, your eyes may glaze over.

People tend to get a glassy eyed look at times.
Shiny, wide opened, only blinking occasionally and very slowly.
Usually refers to someone in a mild trance like state. If he was bored, tuning you out, or had let his mind wander for instance.
