I have a few questions, I posted before about the miscarriage. im doing alot better now. thanks to all those who posted a few weeks ago. I couldnt have gotten through it without all those encouraging posts.

My question now is, as I am being extreamly healthy, I miss my coffee and was wondering if decaf was ok? I realise it has some caffine in it, but I didnt know if that can still affect things.

Anyway, most fertile this weekend and going away to a hotel, so wish me luck!

I am sorry to hear about your loss.. I too have suffered a miscarriage about 5 months ago.. I drank coffee daily. I am now trying to conceive and I have quit coffee all together.. I have heard that even decaf have some amounts of caffine in it. I would just hold off. Try to find some other energy boost in the morning if this is what your seeking... I have been drinking plenty of water and eating healthier .. it's working for me.

So very sorry for your loss. It was emotional for me. I watched this and it was comforting and beautiful, I watch it whenever I think about my baby...
