...sometimes i will see some company will raise up its share capital, what are they doing? does any afect will appears?

Companies raise share capital for many reasons. When they have to spend on expansions. Next will be for debt to equity swap meaning to pay back debt and raise equity. Stock dividends are some times used to raise the stock for the same reason.
