Isn't one way that he moved some of our Naval forces to the Pacific? I'm not too sure.... but I'm looking for some more examples. Thanks for your help!

It is true, this is a massive question for which you will need to do lots of research as there were many things happening. You might try researching how the US was helping the British, esp. with "Lend-Lease", as a starting point and work backward. Before L/L we helped the Brits with "Destroyers for Bases Agreement", which you should look up. Or try "American Isolationism" and work forward in time. Wikipedia is a good place to do some research. Have fun

Good grief, that is *way* too big of a question to be answered herre. Sounds like someone is trying to get other people to do their homework for them. Try plugging this question into Google or ask.com and read the information that comes up. You might actually learn something.
